The KeySmart Pro is the smartest key organizer, holding up to 14 keys and giving you the peace of mind knowing your keys are never lost. With the free Tile™ app, you are able to find your KeySmart Pro on a map. You can also use it to find your phone. The KeySmart Pro holds a charge for up to 45 days and you can recharge it with the included micro USB cable. It also has a super bright, built-in LED flashlight.

  Q: How long will the battery on the KeySmart Pro last?

  A: Its charge will last up to 45 days. Using the flashlight will drain the battery faster and may shorten the life.

  Q: Is the battery rechargeable?

  A: Yes. It charges in about 1 hour and we include a charging cable.

  Q: How does Tile™ work?

  A: Tile™ uses bluetooth technology to pair your KeySmart Pro to your phone. Once connected, the free app communicates with your KeySmart Pro to help you find it around the house or if you lose it. Check out our explainer video on vimeo.

  Q: Will all types of keys fit?

  A: KeySmart Pro fits all flat keys up to 80mm in length.

  Q: Does the loop piece take up space in the KeySmart?

  A: Yes, the loop piece counts as 1 key in the assembly.

  Q: I'm having trouble connecting my KeySmart Pro to the Tile app. What do I do?

  A: First, make sure that the KeySmart Pro is fully charged. Then, make sure that bluetooth is turned on your on and the Tile app is open and running. Open the settings of your Tile app and make sure that bluetooth and location services are enabled. Next, make sure that the Tile app is updated to the latest version. Software updates frequently resolve technical issues. If you're still having issues, reach out to us at orders@mykeysmart.com.

  Important! Do not unpair your KeySmart from your Tile account. Doing so will permanently remove it from your account and prevent you from ever adding it to your account again.

  KeySmart offers a 1-year limited warranty for all KeySmart products. This warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects but does not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product.
