Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Curv Group has built a strong reputation with the community of end-users of our products. In order to preserve our reputation for providing customers with unique and innovative products and strong after-sales supports, and to further enhance our image and competitiveness in the marketplace, Curv Group has established a policy of minimum advertised price standards for our products.

This minimum advertised price policy will apply to all U.S. and Canadian dealers, distributors and resellers. The policy guidelines are outlined below:

MAP Holidays

All dealers, distributors and/or resellers will be granted seven (7) optional MAP Holidays throughout the year. The MAP Holidays for all Curv Group products shall be discounted no more than twenty percent (20%) off Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The seven (7) optional MAP Holidays begin the following days, and not to exceed seven (7) days in total. No credits on discounted rollbacks during the MAP Holidays will be repaid by Curv Group as participation in these optional MAP seven (7) MAP Holidays are at the dealers, distributors and/or resellers discretion.

MAP Holidays shall not last longer than seven (7) days. Upon prior written notice and approval by Curv Group, all dealers, distributors and/or resellers may be granted the option to move their MAP Holidays.

Curv Group reserves the right to change the MAP policy and will make updated terms available online or by contacting us at wholesale@curvgroup.com.
